Product Description

The Model 02 calibrated double head pneumatic actuator is a pneumatic triggering component for UNIDET cylinder valves. When pressurized control gas (output from the APC delay valve or fire detection system) enters the actuator, the gas pushes the internal piston assembly. Driven by pneumatic force, the actuator's two output rods act simultaneously to open the matched UNIDET high rate discharge valve / interconnector. Once the cylinder valve opens, the fire suppression medium (CO2 or Nitrogen) discharges into the protected zone to extinguish fire. This double-head design provides redundant stable driving force, and the actuator is factory pre-calibrated to guarantee consistent trigger pressure.
