I. Industrial dust filter elements/cartridges are primarily used for inlet filtration in industrial dust collectors.

• Ultra-high-temperature dust filters use stainless steel mesh filter material.

II. Dust Cartridge Structural Features:

1. Multiple filter material options available.
2. Utilizes advanced international wide-band pleating technology for uniform gaps, effectively increasing filtration area.
3. Cartridge end caps are made of 0.8mm thick rust-resistant steel plate (resistant to deformation).
4. End caps and filter material are bonded with high-strength resin adhesive (ensuring tight, gap-free connections).
5. Internal and external support frames use high-strength, corrosion-resistant galvanized diamond mesh (≥0.5mm), providing robust support to prevent blowouts or moisture absorption.
6. Sealing between the cartridge and slide plate uses low-hardness, high-strength foam sealing rings to ensure no dust leakage.
7. Internal and external guard nets and filter material are fixed using advanced international automatic spiral glue injection (or tightening bands), ensuring uniform filtration area for effective electromagnetic pulse valve reverse blowing.
8. Easy installation and maintenance with a long service life.
9. Common dust filter element/cartridge specifications: (325X660, 325X600, 325X705, 325X750, 350X660, 350X700, 350X900, 350X1200, 510X900, 408X660, 150X1000, 152X902, 350X1320, 178X2000), etc. Custom sizes available based on customer drawings or samples.
10. Three installation types: full-flow, single-flow + one sealed end, single-flow + mounting center hole (14-17mm).
11. Performance Features: Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, strong anti-explosion capability, large filtration area, oil and water resistance, high filtration efficiency, high processing capacity, strength, tensile resistance, wear resistance, high filtration accuracy, low operating resistance, low friction coefficient, strong anti-powder adhesion, excellent moisture resistance, etc.
