Working Principle

Upon receiving a fire alarm activation signal, the system controls high-pressure gas to enter the time delay valve first. Gas flows slowly through the precisely calibrated orifice inside the valve to build pressure gradually in the matched delay gas cylinder. During the pressure accumulation & delay period, only alarm signals are triggered, and fire extinguishing agent will NOT discharge immediately. This reserves sufficient evacuation time for on-site personnel.

Once the internal pressure reaches the preset threshold, the valve piston automatically shifts to open the main control gas circuit. The system then activates the agent cylinder assembly for discharge to complete the fire suppression process.
